On Saturday 28th November ten Gifted & Talented Year 11 students accompanied by Ms Paggetti  
attended “The Subject Matters" conference in Cambridge. The programme included advice about choosing A level subjects and outlined the benefits of Higher Education, giving information about degree course choices and careers options. Some current Cambridge students spoke about their experiences and answered questions about university life. There was also information on what the university Admission Tutors are looking for and how to make a strong university application.
 
It was a very enjoyable, informative and inspiring conference and we now have ten  students in Year 11 who are planning to apply to Cambridge, which (we were told) is officially the “best university in the world".
